POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital E-Commerce Marketing Executive sits at the intersection between Marriott International's E-Commerce marketing team and W Doha's marketing team. This role helps the property effectively pull through the sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities that drive awareness and profitability. This role will also manage overall activation of the property's strategies in owned and third party electronic channels (Marriott.com, multi-lingual global sites, OTAs, Meta search sites, search engines, and other E-Marketing vehicles). This role will work to increase revenue, grow market share and create a compelling experience that steers customers towards booking on our direct online property channels. The of The Digital E-Commerce Marketing Executive serves as a thought leader to the hotel's marketing, sales, and revenue management teams, providing local area and country-wide insight to enhance their digital experience. To this end, he/she will be in touch with the Marriott Digital Field Marketing team on a regular basis to make sure that hotel goals are being met and campaigns are optimized to drive maximum results and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is ready to make a significant impact in the digital marketing landscape and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, digital targeted campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing director, revenue team, and marketing team to drive revenue and enhance the online presence of W Doha across multiple channels.
