Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and e-commerce marketing and will be responsible for driving online sales growth by 5-7%. This role requires someone who can optimize campaigns, build strong relationships with vendors, manage agencies, and negotiate margins effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales by 5-7%.
Campaign Optimization: Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall marketing goals.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage agency partnerships.
Negotiation: Negotiate margins and other terms with vendors to ensure profitable operations.
Sales & E-Commerce Integration: Leverage your sales background (similar to a Key Account Manager) and e-commerce marketing expertise to drive sales.
Pharmacy Sales: Manage and grow sales through pharmacy channels, which currently account for 98% of our sales.
Platform Sales: Expand sales on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Nahdi.
Market Exploration: Identify new products and opportunities on emerging e-commerce platforms to expand our market reach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns for better performance.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and manage external agencies.
In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and how to drive sales through them.
Proactive approach to identifying new market opportunities and driving growth.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ideal experience working with pharmaceutical companies.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales roles.
Experience working with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Nahdi is highly desirable.
