Job Description

E-commerce orders, inventory, new product listing, brand updates, activating campaigns, etc. (It includes the DF Website, & Marketplace)
Follow up the delivery with the Technical Support team
Ensure that the Business Central system enters the sales and collections
Support the Marketing department in providing the product list to highlight in SM channels
Supporting the Marketing department in preparing quotations (Marketing Leads)
Handling info emails and forwarding them to the concerned person
Handling Chatbot messages with the summary report
Handling all marketing events logistics
Supporting all the departments upon their request as needed
CRM Data Management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (2-4 years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
