Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Operations Manager at Sailor Bay in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the e-commerce website, coordinating with shipping companies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role includes updating the product catalog, preparing weekly performance reports, and managing the company's accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

-Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website.

-Update the product catalog regularly with new products and accurate information.

2. Shipping Coordination:

-Liaise with shipping companies to manage logistics.

-Monitor and track deliveries through the shipping companies’ systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

3. Customer Engagement:

-Respond to customer inquiries and process orders through social media platforms and the website.

-Address and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

4. Accounting Oversight:

-Manage the company’s accounting system to ensure accurate financial records.

5. Performance Reporting:

-Prepare and present weekly reports on sales performance, returns, and identified areas for improvement.

6. Product Preparation and Delivery:

-Ensure products are correctly prepared for shipment.

-Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure products are delivered promptly.

Qualifications:

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

-Proven experience in e-commerce management, customer service, and logistics.

-Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and accounting software.
