The right candidate will oversee every aspect of the office space to ensure productivity; this person will be a critical resource to the team by being the go-to person.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and setting up meetings
- Organising business trips managing bookings (flight tickets, hotels, restaurants)
- Assisting CEO with ad hoc duties
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and VIPs
- Answering all incoming calls and e-mails with prompt professionalism
- Preparing VIP gifts and organising the delivery
- Overseeing all aspects of office life
- Proactively thinking about things that can keep the company running smoothly
- Financial reports and invoicing etc
- Visa processing etc
- Quickbooks experience
Skills and Abilities Required:
- At least 5 years of related work experience in office management and business administration
- Positive attitude
- Fluency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proactivity in finding solutions
