Job Description

Business in JLT has an opening for an Office Manager/ EA to support a Dubai based company.

The right candidate will oversee every aspect of the office space to ensure productivity; this person will be a critical resource to the team by being the go-to person.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and setting up meetings
  • Organising business trips managing bookings (flight tickets, hotels, restaurants)
  • Assisting CEO with ad hoc duties
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients and VIPs
  • Answering all incoming calls and e-mails with prompt professionalism
  • Preparing VIP gifts and organising the delivery
  • Overseeing all aspects of office life
  • Proactively thinking about things that can keep the company running smoothly
  • Financial reports and invoicing etc
  • Visa processing etc
  • Quickbooks experience

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • At least 5 years of related work experience in office management and business administration
  • Positive attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proactivity in finding solutions
