Purpose
The ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Developer will have relevant experience of 5 - 6 years and undertake development and support activities related to ECM Applications by effectively mapping the business requirements to product functionalities & architecture, develop as required, test and ensure timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements, existing implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects of ECM applications including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, optimization and development of business requirements.
- Analyze, Design, Estimate and develop solutions using ECM application's scanning, content, integration, process functionalities
- Work closely with business and techno functional analysts to understand the business requirements
- Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
- Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations
- Assist in timely L2/L3 troubleshooting of ECM Applications
- Experience working in a structured waterfall development process
- Participate in the set-up and deployments in all environments including production.
- Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT
- Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture
- Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools
- Document all requirements functionally and technically
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Intelligent Capture (formerly Captiva) Administrator Certification
- Intelligent Capture (formerly Captiva) Developer Certification
- Documentum xCP Designer Certifications

- Design & Development experience using ECM concepts and knowledge of document lifecycle and ECM models

- Experience in Migration and Upgradation of Documentum Suite & Captiva/Intelligent Capture
- Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012/2016/2019 and understanding of relational database concepts and data-driven systems.
- ETL MS SSIS, PL/SQL
- Experience on Records & Retention Management, D2 preferred
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint preferred
- BI MS SSRS, MS Power BI preferred
- MS Visio Knowledge preferred
- Understanding of TFS and its use preferred
- Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology
- Strong collaboration and investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
- Strong verbal and written skills, especially around code documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
