What you will do
- STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGEMENT: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer and Email Marketing, tailored to enhance brand visibility and sales;
- TEAM LEADERSHIP AND OPERATIONS: Set up and manage both the marketing and operations teams, ensuring all members meet designated timelines and KPIs such as MER, ROAS, AOV, CR, Revenue, and Profit;
- TALENT ACQUISITION: Proactively identify hiring needs and recruit new team members, including operations managers and marketing professionals.
- VALUE DRIVERS ENHANCEMENT: Work on key value drivers by negotiating costs, hiring CRO specialists, and launching targeted B2B strategies to boost brand value and market position.
- STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Maintain ongoing communication with buyers and sellers of ecommerce brands, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained relationships.
We operate using Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana. Thus, familiarity and hands-on experience with these platforms are critical for this role. The candidate should be fluently English-speaking, showcasing excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. An eye for detail, capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering high-quality work are vital.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce management, with a track record of effective marketing strategies, mainly with using paid advertising
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of maintaining positive relationships with team members, buyers and sellers;
- Experience in improving organizational processes and performance.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to work with Shopify, Klaviyo & more
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed;
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with ecommerce trends;
- Able to work with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack & other software supporting our remote work worldwide.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting business with integrity.
