Purpose
- To understand agency standard and to act like a self-thinking, self-sufficient creative who edits films, animates content, and tells stories. Basics of shooting and grading are a plus.
Production Skills
- Editing and animation content for agency clients.
- Good design sense to make sure everything is aligned and precise.
- Advanced working knowledge about software applications like Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Ability to tell stories. Creative mindset to offer new solutions.
- Good time management skills and thorough with the details.
Concepting
- Prolific output based on strong insights.
- An efficient and swift workflow to taking feedback into consideration and making amends.
- Show ability to take direction on board.
Inspiration
- Demonstrate how to bring cultural movements and trends to your own ideas. Watching latest ads and films to elevate work. A true student of the game.
Strategic thinking
- Good strategic understanding ideas should align with strategy. To always have solutions for feedback.
- Confidence to challenge the brief and bring own ideas and insights to the table.
- Build working templates and a consistent work flow for roll outs to smooth jobs.

- Work with creative teammates and report into Head of Production and Senior Content Manager.
