We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Master Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive educational plans that align with our clients goals and educational standards. You will work closely with educators, administrators, and policymakers to ensure that educational programs are effective, sustainable, and innovative.
Develop and implement strategic educational plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze current educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Design and oversee the implementation of new educational initiatives.- Conduct research to stay updated on best practices and trends in education.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrators.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational plans and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Masters degree in Education, Educational Planning, or a related field.- 5-7 years of experience in educational planning, curriculum development, or educational consultancy.
Proven experience in educational planning, curriculum development, or educational consultancy.
- Strong understanding of educational systems, policies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools is a plus.
