Electrical and Instrumental Manager

Position Summary:

Our esteemed client is a leading mechanical Construction firm based in Qatar, specializing in Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities Industries solutions for the Oil & Gas Sectors. We are seeking an accomplished and competent Electrical and Instrumentation Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation for our operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience demonstrating strong capacity in electrical engineering, instrumentation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical and instrumentation engineers and technicians.

Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives aligned with company strategy.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Plan and manage the execution of electrical and instrumentation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain technical standards for electrical systems and instrumentation.

Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues and provide expert solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation equipment.

Review and approve technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and project records.

Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for management.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation management.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and leading technical teams.

Expertise in electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
