Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Lead located in 6th of October. As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks, performing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring smooth operation of maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting skills
- Handle all electrical maintenance activities across the sites while Supervising the electrical and mechanical maintenance team
- Preferable knowledge machines and their electricity circles (drives, motors, automation,)
- Implement maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
- Prepare all electrical spare parts for all machines at the right time.
- Follow Maintenance and installation of all equipment New or repaired.
- Prepare studies & purchasing requests.
- Follow & maintain PET bottling production lines (injection - blowing - filling.)
- Develop the root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical PLC and Maintenance Engineering
- Experience in conducting preventive maintenance
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- FMCG experience bottling background is a must.
- Cairo residence nearby 6th October is preferred.
- Languages: Very Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Leadership skills, communication skills, planning skills, organized and disciplined.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance including at least 2 years in the same position
