Electrical Operations and Maintenance Team leader

Develop Maintenance Procedures and ensure proper communication and implementation.

Coordinate maintenance workers efforts to make sure all equipment are kept up.

Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff.

Perform troubleshooting to solve major maintenance issues.

Carry out inspections of the equipment to identify and resolve issues.

Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

Monitor the expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Manage relationships with clients and service providers handle escalations and renewals.

Keep maintenance log and reports on weekly and monthly activities.

Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are set and implemented.

Lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities.

Work on ways of enhancement for the failure and downtime reduction.

Audit and ensure compliance of the data systems (BMS).

Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions meetings.

Perform root cause analysis.

Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree.

EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience 2 years in the same position in a relevant field.
