The job description of a Cost Estimation Electrical Technical Office Engineer typically includes the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Quantity Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoffs of Electrical materials and equipment based on project plans and specifications.

Pricing and Vendor Management: Obtain and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships with vendors.

Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids and proposals for Electrical projects, including detailed cost breakdowns and schedules.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including cost databases, historical data, and project-specific records.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to project teams, engineers, and clients regarding electrical systems and cost-related matters.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, and procurement, to ensure accurate cost estimates and project feasibility.

Qualifications

Edu: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Exp: 4:6 Years experience as a cost estimation Electrical and technical office role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Electrical systems, materials, and construction practices. Proficiency in cost

estimation software and tools .Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs, cost

breakdowns, and project documentation
