Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IEE's electrical products and systems
- Assist customers in understanding and using IEE's products effectively
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product installation, configuration, and performance
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address product improvement opportunities
- Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IEE's products and technologies is preferred
- Arabic and English language proficiency (both written and verbal)
Required Skills:
- Proficient in electrical circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining electrical systems
- Strong technical documentation and report writing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and products quickly
- Customer-oriented approach and a passion for providing excellent technical support
