K4 Technical Services is looking for skilled Plumbers and Electricians with over 5 years of experience working in the UAE. The ideal candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and demonstrate a strong background in their respective fields.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on various projects.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring.- Diagnose and fix electrical problems, ensuring safety and compliance.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Work with other team members on integrated maintenance projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumber or Electrician in the UAE.- Valid UAE driving license.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in plumbing or electrical work.- Previous experience with a reputable maintenance or technical services company in Dubai.
Multilingual abilities, especially in English and Arabic.
