Electrician cum Plumber Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.- Respond to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
diploma or equivalent.
- Certified electrician and/or plumber with relevant licenses.
Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing work.- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
