Our client, a leading company in the heavy machinery sector, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues including various types of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) and their components. This includes Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts, and Truck-Mounted Lifts.
  
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
  
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to identify faults and implement solutions.
  
• Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot integrated systems and resolve complex problems.
  
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections performed.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.
  
• Assist in training and mentoring junior electricians as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven 5 years experience withAerial Work Platforms (AWPs)andMobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.
  
• Experience with brands such as Komatsu, JLG, Haulotte, Genie, Palazzani, Comet and other relevant brands.
  
• Candidates currently based in the UAE,KSA and Qatar who are available for a face-to-face interview.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
  
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in heavy equipment operation.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and additional hours.
  
• Willingness to travel as required.
  
• Valid UAE, KSA and Qatar driving license is preferred.
