ELV System Engineer

We are seeking a qualified ELV Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including attendance systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and potentially others. You will also provide technical support to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our systems.

• Responsibilities:

Install, commission, configure, and test various ELV systems, including attendance systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot system faults and diagnose technical problems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

• Provide technical support to clients regarding ELV systems, addressing their questions and concerns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all installed ELV systems.

• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure successful project completion.

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements in the ELV systems field.

• Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of ELV systems, including attendance systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.

Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ELV systems.

• Strong understanding of low voltage electrical principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English is required.
