We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician
to join our team on Salwa Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in a facility management setting.
Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address, and other low-voltage systems.- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on ELV systems.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and installations performed.- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Proven experience working as an ELV Technician in a facility management environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and other low-voltage systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work extended hours or on-call shifts if required.
