Email Marketing Coordinator

Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a Email Marketing Coordinator to work at our Lebanon Office. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, have excellent communication skills, detailed oriented and a team player. Experience is a must! We will consider new grads with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design. Any experience in Adobe After Effects, Motion Graphics or Klaviyo are a plus.

*Responsibilities:

**Klaviyo Campaign Management:

1. Creating dynamic email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo s platform, for all of our youth partners, promoting their Fan Shop styles.
2. From segmentation to automation, you'll ensure that campaigns are targeted, personalized, and optimized for maximum impact.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
4. Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve performance and drive results. From subject lines to content to send times to hyperlinks, and others.
5. Keep Abreast of Customer Updates, you'll experiment different updates on customer team pages. From banner update to logo update to URL updates.
6. Suggesting unique and eye-catching promo codes in Big Commerce specific to each club's sales or promotions.
7. Assisting the Email Marketing Coordinator in managing our email database by adding new contacts and organizing existing contacts.
8. Assisting the Email Marketing Coordinator in reviewing analytics and generating reports for email performance.

**Art Work:

1.Creating customer specific graphics for the email blasts including adding in club crests, colors, sport specific copy, etc.

2.Exporting content from design program and importing into the email marketing software for scheduling.

3.Crafting an eye-catching background (utilizing still images, videos, etc.) to enhance the impact of the targeted campaign

4.Developing visually appealing backgrounds (utilizing still images, videos, etc.) for the club's Fan Shop products.

5.Design a captivating club banner featuring the club logo, name, and a creative background.

6.Carrying out trend and creative research for fresh email ideas, layout, colors, etc.

*Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree required

2.Experience with email marketing software such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.

3.Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)

4.Aware of Digital Trends and Creativity

5.Growth Mindset

6.Detail Oriented, this role will require reviewing many, many emails for correct codes, subject lines, links, etc.
