A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and engagement
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Compliance: Ensure all email communications comply with relevant laws and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective email strategies
User Engagement: Foster strong relationships with users through personalized and impactful email interactions
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email outreach strategies

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years in email marketing or a related field
Proficiency in using email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills to interpret email performance data and provide actionable insights
