Embedded Team lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Reviewing / analyzing embedded firmware
• Reviewing / analyzing electronic hardware schematics and layout
• Architectural designing / developing software drivers for microcontroller peripherals
• Debugging firmware code on hardware
• Engaging with customers to clarify technical aspects (English is a must)
• Collaborating with the software team at our US headquarters to develop solutions (travel may be required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or related field
• Proven experience in embedded development (4 years)
• Strong knowledge and experience of C programming
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools and techniques (mainly PCB designing)
• Proven work experience as team leader
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional proficiency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess an open-minded, curios and detail-oriented mindset
