Job Description: Employee Experience Specialist
Overall Objective:
To ensure a positive and exceptional experience for employees within the organization by designing and implementing strategies and policies aimed at improving employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement with the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Design and Enhance Employee Experience:
- Analyze the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) to identify areas requiring improvement.
- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience, such as incentive and recognition programs.
2. Manage Employee Surveys and Feedback:
- Prepare and execute employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
- Address feedback and complaints to improve the work environment.
3. Internal Communication:
- Strengthen communication channels between management and employees to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Create communication materials to foster a positive and motivating culture.
- Promote and reinforce the organization's culture.
4. Design Employee Well-being Initiatives:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including social activities.
- Propose flexible policies to support work-life balance.
5. Training and Development:
- Collaborate with the HR department to create training programs that enhance employee skills and support professional growth.
- Ensure training programs align with employee needs.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare periodic reports on employee satisfaction levels, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to employee experience (e.g., turnover rates).
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 23 years of experience in human resources or employee experience.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of employee satisfaction survey tools.
- Solid understanding of best practices in employee experience management.
- Ability to work within a team and effectively manage priorities.
4. Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
