• Experience:

Minimum 3 years in HR within the UAE, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the investment sector.

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Employee Relations Officer with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE. The role requires expertise in managing employee relations, handling conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Experience in the investment sector will be a significant advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR within the UAE, preferably with experience in the investment sector.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
