Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations officer to join our Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in KSA Labor Laws and regulations, capable of handling employee grievances and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with KSA Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR operations are carried out in compliance with the local regulation, company rules, voluntary commitments and applicable standards.
  • Manage employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Following up the termination process and ensure of all requirements and submit the related files.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives.
  • Stay updated with changes in KSA Labor Laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written)

- Better to have experience in Logistics fields.

- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Worked on all government websites (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
