Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues
- Drafts and issues various types of employee-related correspondence, including employment, loan and experience letters
- Stays informed about Insurance Authority and Council of Health Insurance regulations to ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant laws
- Oversees employee medical and life insurance policies, ensuring all requirements set by insurance providers with official authorities are met
- Assists employees in understanding their insurance benefits and resolve any issues related to insurance claims as needed
- Prepares detailed reports for senior management on employee relations matters
- Conducts investigations and implements disciplinary actions in accordance with Saudi labor law, internal regulations and company policies for non-compliant employees. Collaborate with legal team when necessary
- Ensures that HCM policies are applied consistently across all departments, and works closely with managers to guarantee that these procedures are understood and followed by all employees
- Monitors the completion of the clearance process to facilitate the commencement of the End of Service Benefits (EOSB) process
- Performs additional duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and job requirements
Job Requirements
- Excellent in HR software and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business & administration or equivalent
- Arabic - English
