- Assists the Employee Relations Manager in the development of policies and procedures applicable to the human resource people relations needs
- Interprets regulations, policies and procedures, in the area of employee relations
- Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters
Operational (process)
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
- Advises and assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function
- Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
- Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.
- Serves on various Company committees as appointed.
- To design, prepare, distribute, and promote an Employees Handbook including common benefits, dress code, FAQs and so on.
- To organize a set up within HR Unit whereby all queries received are documented, tracked, and answered to make sure that all type of questions, queries and so on are attended to; to train staff members to be knowledgeable and flexible enough to attend to all queries.
- To create unit key performance indicators to increase efficiency in response to queries.
- To create and champion an internal customer service approach within the unit.
- To assist in dealing with conflict and/or claims and to resolve amicably corrective actions/measures.
- To propose long term solutions with the primary aim to mitigate repetitive claims and/or conflicts.
- To compile periodic reports as required
- To assist in administrative work related to his/her duties
- To take initiative and make recommendations to management as necessary
- To abide by established urgent deadlines as required from time to time
- The upkeep of HR policies and practices

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Saudi labor Law
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent English skills
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Organized, rational and able to make decisions
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure
