Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels. They undertake complex operational activities including researching medical insurance providers to support selection process, reviewing medical reports to validate or require further documents, managing execution of Josor program, preparing for medical awareness and wellbeing campaigns.
Job Responsibilites
Strategy and Planning
- Implement and ensure the achievement of ZATCA's strategy, aspirations and Employees Relations and Grievances specific objectives
- Provide input to identify Employees Relations and Grievances required projects to meet future demands
- Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Employees Relations and Grievances goals that support ZATCA's overall strategic plans
Budget Management
- Participate in Employees Relations and Grievances annual budgeting cycle and process
- Manage Employees Relations and Grievances efficiently and within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
Grievances
- Ensure employee grievances and complaints are collected and consolidated, prioritized/categorized, and resolved according to urgency (simple or complex)
- Review investigations on received employee simple grievances and complaints and follow up prompt and proper resolution in alignment with Labor Laws, employees rights and internal policies
- Ensure coordination with Legal and Enforcement for support in resolving complex employee grievances and complaints
- Follow up development of and review case reports for grievances/complaints, detailing the measures that need to be taken as well as final investigation findings as a reference for case similarity
- Ensure disciplinary actions are processed, recorded, and updated in SAP
- Manage responses to inquiries, ad hoc business requests, communication letters to courts and authorities, and Taskeen leftover cases to ensure operational activities are fully attended to
- Manage development showcase and annual appraisals cases to the grievance committee, meetings and other reports for reference
People Management
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
- Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
- Perform on-the-job training for direct reports and provide feedback

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
