Job Summary:_ The Internal Communication and Engagement Officer is responsible for developing and implement effective communication strategies within the company, aimed at informing, motivating and engaging employees. By collaborating with different teams and departments, this position aims to create a positive and productive work environment, strengthening corporate culture and promoting collaboration and participation of employees.

Criteria: _
- Must be a graduate (Graduation in Mass Communication or Media Management is preferable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Minimum of 6months or 1year of relevant Experience.
Excellent in making PPT and organizing events OR activities for employee
- Organizational and project management skills to plan and coordinate projects events and programs.
Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy towards employees.- Ability to create engaging and relevant content for different internal audiences.
Knowledge of the basic principles of well-being and mental health at work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
Sense of creativity and innovation to propose new and original ideas in matters of communication
Develop and implement internal communications plans aimed at informing employees on initiatives and events within the company. Design and implement programs and activities aimed at promoting well-being and satisfaction of employees. Create and distribute engaging content through various communication channels internal such as the intranet, newsletters, screens on sets, etc. Collaborate with different departments to ensure that messages and Communication initiatives are aligned with company objectives and culture. Organize internal events such as workshops and team buildings to promote employee engagement and strengthen the feeling of belonging. Develop and implement specific strategies to maintain the motivation and enthusiasm of the sales team. Provide communication support during specific projects. Manage internal communication tools and platforms Organize satisfaction surveys to assess the level of happiness and well-being of employees, and use this information to improve programs existing. Follow trends and best practices in workplace well-being, and recommend innovative initiatives to maintain a working environment positive
