Regularly report to management on performance and status updates.
Organize, coordinate, and support the company's energy management program.
Provide the necessary information/data for the annual energy budget, monthly provisions, cost control functions, and financial reconciliations.
Identify potential database/process enhancements to improve energy reporting and management.
Collect energy consumption data and benchmark energy averages.
Manage and maintain all energy consumption records and data, ensuring records are kept up to date in a timely manner, and regularly track and analyze data.
Manage and follow up on all financial claims and issues with electricity companies.
Prepare and follow up on energy or electricity bills and claim payments, starting from receipt of bills or claims and ensuring timely processing of payments.
Follow up with the technical team (update tracking sheets, secure necessary documentation, and coordinate with related teams across different units).
Check/validate bills and claims, and monitor consumption figures against targets.
Contribute to all assigned projects related to energy & electricity meters and electricity consumption.
Follow up on the investigation of customer complaints (internal and/or external).
Assist management in implementing process and procedure improvements for the team.
Establish an improved data recording, collection, and analysis system to track energy consumption.
Complete weekly reports comparing performance with objectives.
Support any additional analytical and operational tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Education & Experience:
Minimum BSc in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years experience in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferable experience with local grid operators.
Experience in EV charging stations would be an added advantage.
