Job Description

Engagement Manager, Consulting - Riyadh, Full Time

You must be a Senior Consultant, Manager, or Engagement Manager within a consultancy organization, actively working on Public Sector and Government projects. You must be active with client engagement and be willing to work within a startup culture; building strong relationships with external stakeholders to grow our clients consulting business within KSA.

You must also be an Arabic speaker to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with customers to define the scope of projects, their goals and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring the successful execution of project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and present compelling presentations and reports to clients.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee multiple client engagements at any one time, ensuring the successful execution of each project and their plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client pitches, and identifying new opportunities for the business.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience, working within Management Consulting or another relevant role in a client-side organization within technology.
  • Proven experience of working on projects, ideally with Public Sector and/or Government clients.BS/MS in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or another related field.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven strong business development acumen; having the ability to persuade stakeholders and assisting in the closure of deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented approach, with a strong track record of leadership.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
