Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and travel to client locations in foreign countries (MENA and Africa) to gather market information and assess customer needs.
- Inspect vehicle conditions and document customer feedback.
- Provide technical solutions for customer or dealer requests and resolve sales/aftersales issues.
- Prepare reports for internal and external Engineering departments in English.
- Develop realistic plans for model lineups or special product introductions.
- Must have experience with cars or trucks, or a strong interest in trucks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and Advanced Excel (Macro programming) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with online meeting tools such as MS Teams.
- Willingness to take on and learn new tasks with enthusiasm.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (Arabic and French are an added advantage).
- Logical mindset (understanding of FMEA and FTA).
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Manual transmission car driving license and truck driving license required.
- Willingness to travel.
