The Purpose of this position is to manage and support all changes in du network and IT including but not limited to coordinate and arrange the technical evaluation and provide the change request release.
Key Accountabilities
- Presiding the CAB Meeting - discussion of all planned RFCs (Fixed / Mobile)
- Post-assurance: Following on activity completion and triggering fault process if required
- Attending to Maximo Tool RFC's
- Pre-assurance sanity check: Ensuring that all Change Requests, are examined through careful sanity check and make sure its executed and completed within defined KPI's.
- Sending Business Outage/Hazard Notification (if needed).
- Adherence to Business concerns raise with regards on the SA / TC Notification (i.e. from National Interconnect, Platinum Desk, Business Customer Care, Virgin) - which should be catered and attended accordingly.
- Assisting RFC sponsor, with regards to Maximo Tool Operation, his/her RFC for updates as new RFC SLA (end to end).
- Providing bridge and providing technical/governance consultation to NIS, TSRM, TSO, IPSDP domain
- Checking Validating extension reason and requirements, Follow the request with Operation for technical review
- Conducting weekly change management advisory board meeting and Contributing to Adhoc requested meeting
- On call roaster and after working hours support, Conducting Adhoc request on time, Assisting SOC, Business, NDO base on received Call
- Attending Emergency RFC's after working hours, Attending the carrier activities
- To coordinate with other departments in Normal /Urgent activities.
- Schedules and prioritizes Change Requests, assuring timely completion in accordance with customer need.
- Handle day-to-day administration of the Maximo tools.
- Provide reports on network performance, availability, SLA achievement and planned and unplanned outage activities on quarterly basis or as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in electronic or computer Telecom
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in telecommunication industry
Skills
- To have excellent communication skill and be able to communicate up to C level
- Complete knowledge of ETOM and ITIL
- Eager to work on shift and flexible working hours
- Expert on Microsoft products like (Excel, power point and word)
- Be able to make eligible decision under the pressure and long working hour
- Knowledge of share point and Maximo
