Job Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive facility safety and maintenance programs to optimize performance, mitigate risks, and promote operational excellence. Utilizes cross-functional initiatives to enhance facility reliability, sustainability, and resilience. Acts as a strategic partner, fostering a positive safety culture and developing junior talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, and continuously improve comprehensive facility safety and maintenance programs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for all facility systems and equipment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all applicable safety, environmental, and building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facility designs, modifications, and operational procedures adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive compliance registry, tracking changes in legislation and industry guidelines, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review emergency response plans, ensuring facility readiness for potential crises and natural disasters.
- Support and implement HSE standards and procedures, ensuring facilities comply with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering, Occupational Safety or equivalent fields.
3 years minimum of Experience.
