Raya Electric; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance).

What will you do

• Manage, coach & train mechanical technicians to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards.
• Respond and resolve to electrical breakdowns and report any downtime to increase machines availability.
• To achieve maintenance department KPIs to ensure high performance.
• Identify, report and follow up mechanical spare parts need to ensure good working conditions of machines and utilities, and apply Spare parts Management system and monitor availability along with consumption rate.
• Follow up and supervise the performance of plant and equipment during apply TPM program to ensure their continued effective performance.
• Conduct regular planned maintenance activities and document regular measures according to set maintenance plans to ensure reliability of machines according
• Supervise mechanical assembly of new machines.
• Ensure staff compliance with health, safety and quality standards in all assigned maintenance jobs.
• Work with the team for continuous improvement in plant.

What will you need

Functional Level:

• Excellent knowledge of modern maintenance techniques.
• Problem solver and diagnosing mechanical faults.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Excellent Knowledge for HSE Standards and procedures.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Professional Experience:

• 3 years of relevant work experience, experience in home appliances factory is added plus.

Language Skills

• English (Advanced).
