- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
- Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimise risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
Basic knowledge of Automated machine. Minimum 1 year of experience.
Understand about SOP, process FMEA & non confirmation report.
Basic problem solving skill - 5Why analysis, fish bone, FMEA.
Has experince in manage technicians.
Experienced in
Metal Stamping Tool and Die Engineer with expertise in designing, maintaining, and improving metal stamping tools and dies would be added advantages.
Experienced in Six sigma knowledge and Machine OEE.
