Job Purpose:

Actively support the specific goal of assuring refractory fitness until the projected end life dates by providing technical support.

Key Accountabilities:

1. MOC study related to static equipment, piping, furnaces.
2. Carry out investigations and failure analysis to find root cause & develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of integrity.
3. Implement all related codes/standards requirements in daily activities such as ASME, API, SABIC Engineering Standards SES, Technical Alert , Turn around , SABIC Manufacturing Standards SMS etc.
4. Technical support for Plant Turnaround scope review & during execution of repair related to static equipment.
5. Ensure immediate technical support related to the mechanical integrity of the equipment's/piping in case of plant emergencies.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree B.S. or Equivalent.
• 05 years experience in petrochemical / refining industry
