Engineering Manager

Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a creative, resourceful and hardworking professional who enjoys leading, motivating, and driving the facility management of the largest conference and convention hotel and residences in Kuwait.

The Engineering Manager is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Department in support of all operating verticals, while guaranteeing the optimal maintenance of the equipment, building and hotel grounds. This position requires superior technical skills, a hands-on leadership style with strong people management, communications and organizational skills.

• A proven track record in luxury operations with a very strong technical background. (This is a complex role and at least 2 year experience in a similar role will be required)
