• Are you an engineering manager / technical lead / senior software engineer with UAE experience
• Are you experienced in leading a team of developers
• Do you have 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Have you got ultra-strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are you an expert in engineering practices (DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, DDD, TDD, Pair/Mob Programming, etc.)
• Have you been involved in the hiring and training of software engineers
• Are you looking to make the next step in your career
