Cairo, Maadi (Transportation not provided).

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B1+/ B2)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, customer service, or call centers
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred

Job benefits:
