Looking for a full-time English Language tutor and a full-time Maths tutor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The employment contract will be one year and renewable starting immediately.
The successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to teach English and Maths to a well-respected local Saudi family of four.
During the summer and on some school holidays, selected candidates will actively engage in teaching, lesson preparation, and course development tasks to support the two children in their academic studies and their parents.
During the school year (when the children are in school), the selected individuals will play a key collaborative role working with an educational team to advance an exciting educational initiative.
Successful Candidates Are Expected To
- Have a strong commitment to teaching excellence.
- Prepare teaching materials and maintain and continuously improve student competence in English and Maths.
- Prepare class activities, quizzes, assessments, and exams.
- Evaluate, monitor, and mentor the children's school reports and academic progress.
- Supervise and assist the children in all aspects related to their academic courses, including homework.
Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Valid Teaching Certificate
- For English tutor position: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or any other ESL teaching certificate preferred.
- For the Maths tutor position: a strong understanding of primary math skills through calculus is required.
