Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an English Call Center Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The English Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills for performance evaluation, leading and supervising the team, and maintaining effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience as a call Center Supervisor
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills for performance evaluation
  • Experience in the call center industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Work Location : Abbasia
