Job Description

English Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Assist English and Spanish speaking Health Care Professionals and Patients.

Resolve inquiries promptly with empathy and efficiency.

Document feedback for continuous service improvement.

Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1-3 years BPO or equivalent customer service experience.

Fluency in English (C1).

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Flexible to work shifts (3 pm 12 am or 4 pm to 1 am).

Location: Cairo, Misr ElGedida, Ard El Golf

Competitive salary: 14650Net Salary ( 12000 Net basic Salary + 1000 KPIS + 1650 Transportation Allowance )
