Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative at CXperts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software and systems is a plus
