This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative in Concentrix in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a must
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and empathy
Ability to work well in a team
Fluency in English is a must
Prior experience in customer service roles
Knowledge of CRM systems and software
