Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an English Customer Service Trainer at Atheel Contact Center located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to develop customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving communication skills. The trainer will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in Customer Service Training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Experience in training and mentoring
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Fluent english level
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
