Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for various job openings within the consumer services industry
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates
- Provide insights and feedback to clients regarding market trends and candidate availability
- Utilize various platforms and tools to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, challenges, and successful strategies in recruitment
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a freelance capacity
- Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus
