SSC Egypt is looking for an English Telesales Agent for a full-time role in Cairo that allows for some remote work. The English Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone calls and emails and utilizing negotiation skills to persuade them to purchase our company's products or services. The agent will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and close deals.
Requirements
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
