NAOS Talents is seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Telesales/Customer Service Representative to join one of our international clients, a leader in the Telemedicine Field. As a Telesales/Customer Service Representative, you will promote and sell our cutting-edge service to potential customers over the phone. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries, provide service information, and resolve technical issues
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convert leads into customers
- Provide accurate information about our service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall departmental objectives
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Medical background is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Fluent English Speaker
