NAOS CX is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an English Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making warm calls to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make warm calls to potential customers from a provided list.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous CallCenter
- Proven experience in telesales, and telemarketing, is preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
- Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
